OperationsIQ is priced per module, per location — with CoverageIQ priced per employee seat, because that is what drives its cost. Take more than one module and the per-module price comes down.
Three inputs, one number. No per-seat charges for staff who only complete checklists, and no charge for modules you have not turned on.
Each module carries a monthly platform base. You pay for the ones you enable — not the suite.
A per-location fee on each enabled module. Add a site mid-month and it is prorated.
CoverageIQ is additionally priced per scheduled employee, since scheduling cost scales with headcount.

Annual billing is discounted against monthly. A free trial is available on request. Prices are quoted in USD and confirmed in writing before your first invoice.
Billing
yourcompany.myoperationsiq.com.Because an operator with two express tunnels and eleven employees and a group with fourteen stores and a regional structure are not the same customer. We quote against your locations, seats and modules, then put it in writing before anything is charged. A 20-minute call gets you a number.
One physical site — a wash, a store, a service centre. Locations are the billable unit on every module. An express tunnel and a full-serve site count as one location each, and so do two convenience stores on the same street.
An employee who appears on a published schedule during the billing period. Owners, admins and staff who only complete checklists are not seats.
You add the location in your workspace and it is prorated for the remainder of the cycle. The site inherits your templates, roles and module configuration.
Yes, at the end of a billing cycle. Your historical data stays in the workspace and becomes visible again if you re-enable the module.
Standard onboarding — workspace setup, locations, user import — is included. Larger data migrations are quoted separately and agreed in advance.
Email admin@myoperationsiq.com. Monthly plans end at the close of the current cycle; annual plans at the end of the term. You can export your data before the workspace is closed.
